Village Fayre and Art Show

An exhibition of work by local artists along with children's activities and a variety of stalls attracted the crowds to the Village Fayre and Art Show which took place at High Street Methodist Church on Saturday 19 September. Art work on display in the church and in Wesley's coffee shop included paintings, icons, sculpture, photography and mixed media. In the church hall, stalls included jewellery, cakes, plants, and toys, while in the foyer children could enjoy scalectrix racing and games. A band provided musical accompaniment to the proceedings, which were all in aid of the building fund at the church.
