Messy Church Messy Church is a new activity run by Southdown Methodist church on Friday afternoons. It is a church for families who find it hard to go to church on a Sunday, and a typical session would include chilling, creating, celebrating and chomping. Apart from the 4Cs it is a great time for the family to have a fun time together as well as experiencing new things together. A good start to the weekend. Chomping. Each Messy Church session includes a simple cooked meal for adults and children. Examples are Jacket potatoes with various fillings, Lasagne and sausages and mash.
Creating. Everyone can find an activity to do where they can be creative, painting, various crafts, writing, acting, dancing etc. etc..
